Loving this book!! Harry is like a magical Dick Tracy working the streets, getting into life and death situations, stealing a kiss from the girl (okay maybe the girl steals it from him), and saving the day. I loved Blood Rites (my first voyage into the realm of Dresden), this just takes my breath away so much is happening!
My favorite quote of the book - "Polka will never die!!" hoo-yah!!

My First Blog
Wow, my first blog ever... oh sure, I've posted comments on others' blogs, but never started my own. Mine is primarily going to be a review of whatever I'm currently reading, or maybe something I've read in the past that I want to capture here.
I enjoy reading and I enjoy sharing what I've thought or felt while reading. This will give me that outlet and maybe it'll give me some closure on those books I really wish I had closure on. Rarely will you find me reading self-help, self-improvement, texts, histories, or other nonfiction books. Except for the occasional college class that requires I read "serious" and reading the Sunday Register, I read for enjoyment. That means fiction... mysteries, moments and magic... Mysteries are pretty self-explanatory. Moments are those romances I like (and no, Nicholas Sparks is NOT in that list - why would I want to cry for enjoyment?!). And magic is everything else... fantasy, sci fi, paranormal, whatever isn't maybe just a mystery or romance in the mundane world we all live in.
Anyway, this is just an intro. I'll do an actual review in another posting.
